For his very last Project MYTHOS, he moved from Istanbul to his homeland Urla/Izmir.
He has searched the original Aegean Turkish and Greek food recipes for a year. All the recipes were collected from the region and the Greek islands. He and his chefs worked on recipes with greek chefs about 5 weeks. After these collective study weeks, they have prepaıred a magnificent and unique Mythos menu with the best selection.
In Urla port he found an authentic and historical building and renewed it to open a gourmet restaurant. In a short time it became a very famous restaurant. It was an awesome regular stop for Turkish celebrities and good food lovers.
On the second year of the operation regarding the demand from İstanbul, the second branch started in Haydarpasa İstanbul.In 2014 Bodrum branch started the operation
